Useless, unprofessional courier. DON’T USE UPS UK -SOUTH AFRICA

We sent a parcel via Ups using the Express saver service from UK to South Africa. We were told it would take 5 days including the weekend. It was sent on 3 January 2020 and it still hasn’t been received by the recipient. The UK branch are as useless as the South African branch. Every telephone query takes 3-5 days to get a response, each country blaming the other. The package contained a wig for a family member who lost her hair due to chemotherapy treatment for cancer. She has been a recluse at home, not having the confidence to go out, while this package sits in the warehouse. Her hair will have grown back by the time UPS decide to deliver it. I chose UPS as we were of the opinion that they were more professional than other courier company’s. What a joke!! I think their service is absolutely disgusting and to pay as much as we did for this service, is shocking. NEVER EVER USE THIS COURIER COMPANY.
