Useless staff again at a transporter / courier, this time at UPS

I had some health tablets come through from the USA which cost me R6600 incl transportation.

I received a call from UPS saying pls pay (gave email address). The bill was R2660 on top of what I had already paid - R264 Gov tax (for what when im already paying duties) - R124 disbur*****t fee (already paid some form of transportation & a gov fee) - Duties R1152 (why this is so high I cant understand, 20% for what reason, the tariff must be wrong) - Additional R1124 VAT (im a private person, and cant claim this back).

I tried contacting various peoples, after the person who sent the email wasn't able to answer all the questions, it took 3 weeks to get an answer from some guy who gave a slap dash answer, who then for a further few days didn't answer my return email with questions, nor my phone calls. useless, not ever the front desk answers.

I see I had a R99 come off my cheque account without my permission - prob a penalty for not paying but also im in negotiation with questions and nobody answers now im being penalised. I never used my cheque card so this has been **********ly deducted without my consent, nor providing them with this cards banking details so how did they obtain it.

Ive paid it now before it gets sent back. Useless people, no wonder DHL is a preferred mover of goods.
