Useless Piece of $#!+

My overseas supplier sent me 2 boxes via UPS , i received 1 of 2 boxes on the 22 Oct. the second box is still "in warehouse" i have called them on 4 different days, their response is "i have sent a note to the Johannesburg airport to release" i have asked to be transferred to a manager, no one picks up the call. I have sent numerous emails copying is managers, no one responds. Their customer service is pathetic. To date i have no explanation as to why my parcel was split, and 1 box held back. its been 9 days now !!
