Useless Parcel Services still not able to deliver after 2 months of waiting!!!!!
Useless Parcel Services take 2 months and still don't deliver!!! My parcel is after 3 months STILL NOT delivered!!!! It has been sitting at the UPS warehouse for 3 weeks with absolutely no movement!!!! Why can DHL and Aramex deliver from Europe or the US in under a week but it takes UPS 2 months?!?!?
I've tried phoning the call centre for days. The phone always goes completely unanswered...the same goes for emails. Is there anyone even answering the phone and/or emails there?
This is the second UPS package that has taken months to deliver. In the end I had to go and collect the last one from the UPS warehouse in Kempton Park because UPS just could NOT be bothered to deliver.
DHL and Aramex are honestly light years ahead of Useless Parcel Services !!!

UPS lie on the phone and lie on email!!!!!!! Now they have just stopped responding to emails!!!!!! I literally have not choice but to drive to their depot and demand to go into their warehouse to find my package. DO NOT ever use UPS South Africa!!!! Fedex, Aramex and DHL can deliver in a week but UPS can't even after 3 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
