Useless Parcel Services

Absolutely Shambolic company. Too lazy to look up the correct tariff codes. I had to chase them for 3 days to get an invoice. Payment made immediately and package has still not been updated 2 days later. The item took 48 hrs to get to South Africa and has now sat for a week!!! Every other courier company pre-clears the parcel and it is delivered. Then you get told that this is what happens as if you are some imbecile who has never imported anything. Avoid UPS South Africa like you would a COVID positive person wanting to cough in your mouth.
