USELESS PARCEL SERVICE! Just the worst!!!!!!

Totally disgusted with the service from UPS South Africa! :( :( :( I've been waiting on a parcel that was shipped from the UK since April! There has been countless 'excuses' and receiver details which was lost or not captured; whichever excuse suits the people at UPS. I've emailed UPS but to no avail, paid customs fees (which was processed immediately) yet still waiting on the arrival of the parcel.

I was patient at first because of the whole Covid-19 situation but now I find it to be a lackluster effort and just withholding property. During the lockdown I have had countless parcels delivered so I'm finding the 'coronavirus excuse' quite hard to fathom. I've always received better service from DHL and all parcels delivered and received within 3 days even from abroad.

I would just like to know when I can expect this parcel before I escalate the matter! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
