USELESS PARCEL SERVICE !
absolutely ******* service !!i use airfreight and pay a lot money to get my shipment soonest i probably would receive the shipment if i used a sea freight sooner. i call the person in charge to see what's the status quo of my shipment no answer i have sent countless emails no answer . if anyone is remotely interested in customer service at ups here is my tracking number 1ZV3988XDG***5

30 Sept 2020, 12:46hi Tanya , i have made payment long time ago for duties than i was contacted by a gentleman named Thabang Konayo ( ***) from ups apparently he is customs clerk officer .he advised me that my shipment will be checked by customs officials 22/9/2020 and on monday he advised they will fine me cause my import license address is different to the one on my delivery address and he asked me if he can send me invoice and i said he must do so . but after that i never heard from him and i cant get hold of him on his number nobody replies and he doesnt respond to emails either . its already been 2 weeks now how can this process drag out like this !!!
