Useless in South Africa

I was happy with their service until my package landed in South Africa. That is where all the problems started. The sender made a spelling mistake in the addess and to get it corrected, well i might aswell be speaking to a wall! Many calls later and a week has passed and not one of the idiots i spoke to changed the address. To make matters worse my package has been handed to a different company and hell knows who they are as you cant get the info from ups! So best not use UPS for deliveries in South Africa
