Useless company

The most *********** company I worked with with **** service and support, will never ever use them again. I ordered a few small electronic parts from Mouser in the UK and a lady phoned me and told me that I must supply and importers code because the invoice is in my companies name and my personal name. I told her that I dont know what it is so she asked me if Mouser can amend the invoice in my personal name - wich Mouser could not do... I emailed them 1000 of times and phoned them also where a guy just told me to call back tomorrow the whole time... One of their personnel also rep**** to his own personnel on why no one is coming back to me and this same person who rep**** on all my emails asked me on Friday "we need a import code". I had to yell at him because clearly he havnt read any of my emails, after that experience it seems that he read it and told me what an import code is etc. So I went to Sars customs and got the info. Apparently the law changed in May 2018 for imports. My question is why wasnt it made public? I dont know what to do anymore and the amount of parts I ordered is a only a handfull and for personal use.
