Useless company

I paid for a delivery with ups, which has not been delivered. Their tracking site claims that my information is wrong, which is not the case. They have not even tried to deliver it, or contact me to correct the issue.

What's worse is that their call center is useless. They frequently don't answer the phones, then don't bother to resolve the issue or get back to me.

Never use this company.
