Useless company!!

The worst service I've ever received. I paid for my package but it's still not delivered after more than a month!!!!!!I When I contacted them I was told that I need to pay more! I was never informed of this mistake and refuse to pay this useless company even more. I want my parcel or my money back!!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
