Useless

Such useless service, after the parcel arrives 2 days - I needed to phone to find out what is needed to pay. Then after payment, 2 days later again I followed up - twice my call was just dropped with no feed back. I then started taking names - Wendy - Useless, Jabo - useless. Then Tanya, a manager made me hold on to find out what is happening with my parcel. I held on the call for over 15min. I just ended the call as she was wasting my time. Common courtesy would have been to take my number and call me back. - End result my parcel is still in transit somewhere - half hour's drive from Johannesburg
