Useless!!
Whish I could give 0 stars. Worst service I have ever received. After complaining(several times) I was told on several occasions that a team lead/manager would make contact... must say I wasn't expecting much if the rest of people's service is anything to go by.
Incompetence and poor service like you have never experienced it before!!
Will never work through UPS again.
