Useless and can never stick to ETA's

Don't know what is happening with UPS lately used to use you as the go to over dhl, but this is now the 2nd time I have had to come here and fight due to non delivery, I pay to have my stuff here in 3 - 5 days, you are the highest rates when it comes to your tax and then you can't even deliver on time. I had to beg for someone to send me the link so I could make payment for the tax, I beg on Monday, I begged on Tuesday and Beg on Wednesday, got my link to make payment. (The ETA for my delivery was the tuesday 19th) So only can I make the payment after begging everyday on Wednesday afternoon. It is now Friday and the tracking still say at the warehouse, what the **** is going on. You are now only going to deliver my package monday, that is almost a week over your deadline that you missed, not me. Ive been here waiting all week. This is totally unacceptable that I as the client, need to beg to make payment and then you cant even update your system and waste my time even more due to failure to deliver.Why do i need to beg for service when I have paid. This is now the second time you have dropped this ball like this and will be using DHL instead going forward. Useless company!
