UPS....Delivery (Dis)Service

I like to post positive reviews, however after this experience it's impossible. A parcel was sent to me (19/6/24) from the US. It reached the SA branch of UPS in Kempton Park with 4 days. Since then the parcel has repeatedly gone through "warehouse scan". I enquired on 24/6/24 as the parcel was due on 25/6/24. No answer from support, the agents,and nobody answers the landline. I did this for 8 days, logging more than 24 emails and over 140 minutes of holding when calling. I can understand delays due to customs or permits, but these were all in place. I cannot recommend UPS in any way shape or form. The extremely poor reviews on Google were clearly there for a reason. Avoid at all costs.
