Ups.com is the most terrible logistics company

I wanted to take a few minutes to express the terrible experiences I've had with UPS.com. I'm sure you are aware of their awful service, as they ***** customers'' parcels even after you pay for their most terrible custom service, which is ridiculously high. They will still ***** your package and lie to you that they are escalating until you give and often lie about resolutions. It's almost as there are ******* working within the company. Even when I make an enquiry, they tell me they are escalating it until I eventually give up.

I'm writing to alert you of the frustrations I have endured while dealing with this company, and to hopefully provide something of a warning against doing any business with them.
