UPS , you suck

A t shirt from the USA travels via the UAE then Dubai to South Africa in 4 days. To deliver it less than 100 km from their hub in Kempton Park is now in the 8th day with NO FIXED DELIVERY DATE!! Absolutely a joke. Please do not even think about using UPS
