UPS Worst service ever!!

The worst service I have ever had with courier companies. I paid for customs and other changes and sent my proof of payment but no update has been done. The most frustrating part is everytime I contact call center they keep asking me to resend the POP. I have sent it more than five times to different email adresses that I keep getting from help desk. Exactly what is happening with my parcel? Did you guys lose it?
