UPS worst parcel service no customer support

Worst service ever. Parcel collected UK 17 December still not arrived - it was promised on 23 December then I was told needed invoice which was provided - then I was told 29 Dec now I am told not in the country . The staff are unhelpful and you can hear they r not interested . I made a huge mistake using UPS in future uit will be DHL
