UPS WORSE THAN ANY GOVERNMENT DEPT.

After 20 years I have never received such poor service from UPS South Africa. For a few days I have spent longer on the phone waiting for someone to pickup than I have ever spend with any run down government department.. They just don't pick up, they don't answer, then cut you off. I received a shipment from Japan without any documentation. I'm asking for my UPS invoice so that I can pay them and all customs documents. Just can't get through, over 15 minutes any still waiting, on this time. Recorded message over and over and over bragging about their greats services offered.
