UPS will de***** you, claiming undue taxes.

UPS USA sent me a package for a free warranty replacement cable from COBB systems. UPS South Africa called me and wanted R500 for COD. They did not stipulate for what, and I mistakenly assumed its for delivery. I ended up paying R500 in tax for a cable that I already purchased a few months ago. UPS South Africa and UPS USA keep quiet about the issue after lodging complaints at both instances. I have sent 32 emails, and numerous phone calls without due response from UPS. <br> <br> Avoid UPS in general. They are worse than the South African post office. Believe it or not. It's a sad day when private companies perform worse than government institutions.
