UPS WARNING - DO NOT TRUST YOUR PARCELS TO UPS.

WARNING! Do not use UPS for your courier needs - Terrible service, despite daily follow-up for more than 10 days, my parcel which was needed for a conference a week ago has still not arrived. Having supp**** all the details twice, their system still says "held pending information". Calling customers service you are placed on hold for 10, 20 minutes. Listening to their sales pitch while waiting made me laugh.. Come on guys.. Consumers have options these days...
