UPS, VERY poor service

Ordered part from USA arrived in JHB within 3 Days waited for call , did not happen tracked parcel only to be told parcel was sent to lost containment due to tel no. being incorrect Not true, number was correct, no attempt was made to call paid duty to release goods, accepted. told it would take 8 working days to find and forward goods now 2 weeks still no movement got varying answers on every call UPS a very big NO NO
