UPS uses 4 parties and a full week to collect a parcel

Long story short, UPS did not allow me to drop off my parcel in Nelspruit - I had to schedule a collection. I did this online on 12 Dec - ***. After many phone calls to UPS and Globe freight, parcel was eventually collected by a 4th party - RWS on 18 Dec. This means it goes to RWS depot in Nelspruit - then hopefully to Globe Freight in Nelspruit - then the UPS in JHB and THEN only does it get processed and put on a plane to UK. So who knows when the parcel will actually reach it's destination. It should have been there withing 2/3 days and back again.
