UPS - Useless Pathetic Sickening

A shipment was sent from Germany to South Africa. weeks passed and no delivery. After receiving the run around with endless telephone calls, all staff had said the same thing, "the parcel will be out for delivery tomorrow". after a few more calls and been given the run around, it was discovered that we had to pay Customs duties. again this was not communicated to us. On the phone of the UPS staff members had said that she will forward me the mail for us to make a payment and then she will arrange for delivery. weeks later and still no email from her.
