UPS... UNDOUBTEDLY PATHETIC SERVICE

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service of UPS Kempton Park! After being on endless calls in 48 hours with UPS call centre's, I have not received my parcel, just empty promises. I have paid for an express delivery. It's two days later and I still have not received it. I am very Very frustrated. UPS PLAYS GAMES WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY THINK WE ARE *********** AS THEM. I really would not recommend them. They make empty promises. I am so disappointed. The Service centre has the most disgusting attitude. They make no effort AT ALL to assist their customers and yet they work IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, the delivery address is within the radius of UPS but they have failed miserably to deliver. They actually even passed our delivery area. They have a nerve to tell me that there are other parcels in the truck and my parcel is not the only one. Peace of mind, customer service and efficiency are the words that are thrown out while waiting for hours on end to speak to someome. And when you do get through, no one can actually help! All of the managers are have left already for the day while i stress about when i will receive my delivery. And theres no peace of mind in that. what I have learned about service delivery is that customers need to feel important and UPS made me feel like **** and dirt after receiving my payment. In my opinion, they should employ people who have a heart for customer service and know what they are doing. the service centre people should find a jobs that they actually like and want to do coz clearly they are only working for a salary

Next time you need a courier service, please do Not try UPS, you will regret it!
