Ups ****ty service

I paid 500 dollars for expedited delivery from USA. Parcel dud not arrive on date without any communication from ups. When I eventually managed to speak to an agent apparently duties due and they supposedly phoned me. No calls. I have just spent an hour on the phone waiting for lulama from the relevant department. No answer. I will never use this company again
