UPS - total incompetence
Pathetic bunch of people who have the highest level of incompetence! Claire, Thabo and Rezano are the most unhelpful, un-willing team inside UPS, and these are managers and team leaders - dont bother using UPS, you will lose money and cargo, and recieve damaged consignments with no car attitudes along with it.
