UPS - total incompetence

Claire Sharp and Nomsa who are both management at UPS in Spartan are absolutely pathetic and *********** - 4 enquiries one after the other were sent to the both of them requesting an urgent quote for shipping, each request was ignored on each day that the emails were sent to the two of them. One email per day was sent, day after day - ignored. Calls were made to Nomsa's direct line, no answer after 13 attempts. Dpn't bother with UPS - their service is absolutely atrocious and the attitude from management is rotten.
