UPS the WORT service!!

I have been struggling to get my parcels for 6 weeks! the most *********** team I have EVER contacted. I have supp**** my importers code already 6 weeks ago, and numerous times after then, They ignore my e-mails, when I phone they put me on hold, yesterday for 16 minutes and then say I need to phone another number, which then just rings until it goes dead.
