UPS THE WORST COURIERS IN THE WORLD

For such a world renown company you expect the service to be impeccable ! But it's awful in EVERY country .My South African delivery is a nightmare , from illiterate Customer Service Representatives that doesn't even know their own company policies and isn't even ashamed to admit it , who drops calls on Customers and speaks over you when you explain your experience and their managers are no better making promises on a "recorded line " that doesn't get fulfilled and let's not forget to mention drivers that scanned incorrectly to make it look like they actually tried to deliver , like you should see my tracking record.It' like UPS just employs anyone that needs a job , what pathetic service overall .Oh and I'm still waiting on an order that I paid the company for as well as customs fees and it's nearly two weeks past the delivery window provided .
