UPS - THE WORST COURIER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

I will try to NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, E.V.E.R. use UPS again... their service is NON EXISTENT, even if you complain, they take days to get back to you and still you don't come right. My URGENT MEDICAL PART arrived in the country on the 2nd July; I received it after many, many wasted HOURS of my airtime hanging on, getting cut off, trying again, emailing and emailing... eventually it was delivered on the 20th July!!!!!!!!! They're ******* don't use them!!!!

Hi Tanya, the tracking number was 2264VEVWQQX... it was the most frustrating experience; and not the first time either... to be honest! I have had 3 parcels that have come in in the past where you get notifications to say it's out for delivery and nothing ever arrives then when you call to find out where it is you have to make a payment and they need to raise an invoice (that's fine but let the customer know). Oh and then it still takes a week to get the invoice and acknowledgment of payment!!!!!

This time it was a warranty swap out and my contract was asked for relating to the warranty - I provided this... then two days letter I get an email asking what currency it was (hello it's on the invoice your guys had)... then two days after that I get an email asking for the contract again AND the details of the faulty item that was shipped out. I sent an email basically saying that a) couldn't they ask for everything in one go instead of a bit every two days; b) they already have the contract; and c) I explained right in the beginning that we haven't sent the faulty item back until we received the replacement. After that it was just one effort after another to contact someone - and to be honest the norm is that you just get cut off all the time and it's generally after you've spent 17 - 26 minutes holding on. Then we were told that it was out for delivery from the 14th... as you can see that never happened.

Hence, I really don't want to deal with UPS again, sorry!
