UPS the worst courier company ever

<p>I have never been so disgusted in my life with the service received by UPS or non service should I say. I have dealt with these rude incompitant idiots 3 times and 3 times have had bad service,parcels not delivered as promised,being **** to, sitting at my office on days off waitng for this parcel to arrive this time. Please don't ever use these couriers they are pathetic. Use DHL they are a professional organisation. Maybe UPS should get their useless staff trained by DHL. The supervisor MR R Andrews who promised to phone my lady back this morning is suddenly on leave and no call to follow up as usual. We are still non the wiser as to when UPS might do us a favour and deliver our package. You people are a disgrace and should all be fired. Furthermore how do you only have one customer service manager and he happens to be overseas. PATHETIC!!! I bet we don't even get a response here either. I will also put you all over facebook for being just that useless.</p>
