UPS: The weeks go by!

Wish I could leave a zero star review. I placed three orders at the same time: One with Fedex, one with DHL and one UPS ... Fedex and DHL both phoned me before the parcels arrived for customs clearance and VAT. NOT the same with UPS! I had to phone them. Was promised an email with the invoice for VAT. Was promised that customs would be cleared. NOTHING! UPS: The weeks go by!
