UPS the most Unreliable Parcel Service

<p>I have a package from China for the past 2 weeks yet to be delivered and everytime i call its different information to parcel is not inspected by customs, how long does it take for customs to inspect, also the person incharge of my file is never in. This is a ****ty service and am esclating this to UPS International. its a disagrace that simple parcle have to tke weeks to get through to u.</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone is clearly listening, UPS u the ****!</p>
