UPS TERRIBLE SERVICE - THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS AND HAVE CHARGED MORE FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED WHICH I HAVE NOT BEEN ADVISED OF!!!!!!
I have been waiting for a package from Turkey for a week now. They have advised the sender that they have come to deliver twice but I did not receive a call to ask for a Code to enter the Estate. I have called UPS 5 times and I have been holding on for the last 10 minutes on my current call. BAD SERVICE... PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME SO THAT I CAN FIND OUT WHEN THE PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED!!!!

He went the extra mile and had my package delivered to me by a designated Driver. Buks you have an excellent understanding of Customer Service and your assistance is greatly appreciated.
