UPS terrible service

I was disgusted with the attitude of the ups South African branch manager Vernon Pillay. After my fianc? sent a proof of payment and relieved a confirmation email- he was then told to resend it as the driver carrying his parcel was on route and the lady who had reviewed the email was \running late". Company policy states that they cannot access her email and therefore their problem became our problem. My fianc? has work to do and has no time to follow up with this as we had already done our part in the process and had no more time to waste. The manager was incredibly rude and condescending and I was not impressed with their sevice!!! I highly recommend avoiding the use of this company as their customer service is shocking. I also see there are many similar reviews about this company which comes as no surprise. If there was a - star rating"
