I phoned monday 11/03/2024. Lady said the parcel is given to external courier, she needs to find my parcel, she wil contact me. I phoned again on friday the 15/03/2024. The lady told me again that she needs to phone the external courier to find my parcel. I told her I did phone on the the 11/03 and is still waiting for the previous lady to phone me back- her sarcastic reply was that the lady is sick she could not work on the problem. She will phone me back.

Untill today 18/03/2024 no one phoned or the system is update to let me know who is the external courier or where is my parcel. UPS has gone iwn the tracks. Poor service. I tried to phone the 3 times this morning, they just but the phone down in my ear before even answering.
