UPS stay clear. Do not use service. Worse than SA Postal

Never in my life will I ever ship a parcel or recommend the service of UPS to anyone. Absolutely no regard for customer service. Its a struggle to get any feedback. My package was put into archive because they could not get hold of me or the shipper which is very strange. Now the package is lost. I paid duties for a lost parcel and am getting no joy from this company. I think the SA postal service will give better service than this pathetic excuse for a logistics supplier.
