UPS - stay away, far far away

Ive used all the couriers you can possibly think of, Both locally and international. The worst of the worst is certainly UPS, bad customer service, bad delivery times and delays, no responses, more expensive. Only the drivers were pleasant. They have taken first place in worst courier from DHL, who have taken the opportunity of being worst to upping their service levels way beyond UPS dreams. My advice to everyone, stay well clear of UPS and opt rather for DHL. Fedex is not great either, actually very very bad, but still alot better than ups (Un Professional Service). I will make sure all my suppliers never use them again.
