UPS South Africa - Worst service ever !!!

This has got to be the worst service i have ever had.... Paid my Duties about 10 days ago and still no packages delivered..... First they said no one was home to receive the package which is a lie ..... Then they apparently had the wrong address which has never changed ... Another lie. Now the address is in a rural area ..... Hmmmm in JHB ??? Another lie. I wonder if i will ever get my packages ???? Come on UPS !! This is not good enough.
