UPS South Africa - worst company I have ever dealt with - nobody in that building gives a....

Dont even know where to begin - worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. See so many complaints on hellopeter but obviously they dont care about it, and their attitude reflects this. wish i could load screenshots - made hundreds of calls, people dont answer (65 calls to one person specifically yesterday and a further 30 to her manager who doesnt answer either!!!) no sharing of information - incorrect info on website, no concern for the client, no sense of urgency, no communication - no nothing. dont use UPS - you will regret it - you will spend days trying to figure out what the issues are, what needs to be done, will spend a lot of money on phonecalls!
