UPS SOUTH AFRICA USELESS

I was overcharged on customs due to a mistake on UPS side. 1 month & tons of emails back & forth & I still haven't been refunded. I was asked to supply my banking details 2 weeks ago after telling them that I was going to report them & have heard nothing since. No response to emails, no one answers their phones, its actually ridiculous.
