UPS South Africa. Terrible service
UPS South Africa is the worst. 2 months without my parcel and no explanation given. You literally cannot reach customer service. They make it extremely difficult to do so. Very shady. Do not use.

There has been 4 delays on my parcel delivery. I am following progress on the app. When I call for clarification they hang up on me. This has happened twice. I have sent emails as well. The last one no one bothered to respond to me. I’m still without my package and have missed all deadlines. Kindly assist. I’m desperate.
