UPS South Africa shocking service do not use in future

We used UPS for an international shipment from the united states to South Africa and we will never use them again. The South African division is a total mess and is dysfunctional. Whoever is the country manager should be fired as they have no clue how to run a business. Quite simply do not use UPS in South Africa for international shipping.
