Ups south africa - problem business with.poor delivery but charge the earth

Very poor business. Started by telling me an import permit required for a book, which dtc advised was not required after application (which I knew was not so), charged the earth for clearance, advised delivery was for 6pm today (9th december) still not received in spite of calling. Their tel centre has been down since last week, with no automated messages, and no update as to when delivery date will actually be. No honesty as to what is going on - this is a business with real problems. To be avoided.
