UPS South Africa is either on holiday or they are sleeping!

If I could, I would give them a 0-star review. Phones don't get answered, and emails don't get replies. The customs payment was done before the goods arrived in SA. The parcel has been sitting at Kempton Park for three days, and these guys can't get their act together. It is a shame for an international company to run its operation like this. What happened to pride and customer service?
