UPS South Africa is an absolute disgrace

I have been waiting for a parcel from UPS South Africa for 2 weeks now, 1st they mess up the customs entry, they have to do it again and change us more to do it, then they finally delivery 1 out of 3 boxes, the other 2 have gone missing? Still waiting for them,. You can't call their call centre as you get put on hold literally by call centre agent after call centre agent - I think they hope that you will just eventually hang up and go away - they simply don't care about you, zero customer service. Managers that say they will sort it out if you get hold of one don't call you back. I have proberbly spent around 8 hours o my own time trying to sort this out and I have gotten absolutely nowhere. It is actually disgusting that companies can treat paying customers like this - I absolutely will never ever use UPS again, they are an ********* company that does not care or look after their customers.
