UPS South Africa is a NO GO!!

Absolute worse service from a courier company. Parcel was picked up 12 Dec 2023, scheduled to be delivered 19 Dec on UPS Worldwide Expedited, but UPS kept on delaying the delivery. I spoke to a lady on 4 January and she assured me that it will be delivered 5 January. I have now been on hold for 20 mins trying to speak to an agent to advise what is going on. Apparently my call is important to UPS, and I will be connected shortly. I am not provided with any visibility or peace of mind as they like to promise.
