Ups south Africa disgusting

So where do I begin.... 1 star is beyond gracious for UPS south Africa.... I ordered a parcel from amazon.... I've never had a problem receiving the parcel from other shipping companies that amazon use... I paid extra for faster shipping... Amazon used ups... Unfortunately.... The parcel got from USA to dubai with no problem... It then got to SA.... Its 2 weeks later... No one knows what's happening... I've made about 20 calls over 2 weeks with no success.... And I've now been told the parcel is missing and I must claim from amazon. UPS works all over the world.... Except here.... The bad attitude of staff.... Putting the phone down on clients... Being rude.... The only saving grace of this company here is Sharon Daile. Over the last 3 days she has been emailing back and forth, including me in the email, to try locate the parcel. If it wasn't for her I'd still be waiting like an idiot with no resolution. Thank you for the help Sharon. You are amazing... UPS south Africa.... How are you still in business. Disgusting!!!!!!!!
